The food and resturants and drinks , location , the room size , cleanes , activities inside the hotel were excellent.
Unfortunately the beach was so dirty , algae and ocean wastes , the beach was completely not usable !!

We loved the small all inclusive because it was not overwhelming and you could walk to Playa del Carmen. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful.

The location is great! This part of the beach is very nice, there are grocery stores nearby and the Main Street is 5’ by foot. The hotel is very nice overall, although it could be a bit more modern. Our room was spacious, clean and with a nice view of the pool area. We also had a massage at the hotel spa, which was really nice. The staff by the pool, the breakfast buffet and reception is super friendly. I would visit again
For vegans the options at breakfast are limited in comparison to the size of the whole buffet. That was a bit disappointing considering that Playa del Carmen is a paradise for vegans. Another negative experience were the sales people at the hotel. I understand that they want to sell vacation packages and that is ok, but they were too aggressive and confusing in my opinion.

pool and inclusive
location of the resort, was not a inclusive resort that provided security and gated community. Bedding was horrible, mattress hard, pillows not comfortable. Food was ok not outstanding. Beach was not accessible due to seaweed and lack of space, sand as advertised. Seating at pool was limited. Location was not what it stated on the website. The travel staff was not helpful in planning day trips. The sales area for membership was forced on us.
