Staff is super nice. Breakfast was great. View from the garden overlooking pigeon valley was awesome.
Reception is basically a desk and a couch. Most of the time we stayed there it was unattended. No concierge service to provide information or guidance. It is more like a key pick up and drop off location.

Loved the overall atmosphere of living in a cave, the views from the room, the small yard we had, and the location - close to everything.
Our room was super hot at first but we finally figured out how to adjust the heating unit, so it then became comfortable

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking the balloon trip and were always attentive and kind. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of local cheeses, nuts, Turkish coffee — everything was delicious. The location and views are probably the best you can get.
I expected more from the room itself. I’m not sure if the hotel was fully booked, but it really felt like we were given the worst room available. It was literally like staying in a cave — small rocks and dust were falling from the ceiling and walls. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to sewage pipes.
