The hotel were very accommodating with my needs throughout my stay. When I asked about changing rooms due to personal preference, the team were incredibly supportive and made the move easy, which really helped me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was lovely and quiet, and I really enjoyed the views of the seaside and mountains. The hotel is a nice size, the beds were comfortable, and overall it made for a really relaxing stay. I’d happily return

Staff , Nestor and Lity the waitors was very good , also our daily cleaner was excellent

Nice pool, Good breakfast and generally friendly staff.
Extremely small and very dark hotel room. As it is located in a Finca there are a lot of bugs everywhere (which isn’t shocking if you know it, but may be tidious for some people). The lady that checked us in (Helen) was extremely unfriendly; She just gave us the keys and said where to find the room, without mentioning the facilities nor giving any advice at all concerning possible visits to make, etc. I had never felt so un-welcome in an hotel as with her… The toilets are very old and small.
