Our best experience in Livigno ever

Reading reviews I was little bit in a doubt if I should go ahead, but as you know every review is subjective. All our team (6 adults and 5 kids) was very impressed in Intermonti hotel by friendly and approachable staff. Nothing was a problem, everything was done for guests with smile and friendly atmosphere. Food: breakfast with multiple selections: continental and English and American and fruit and vegetarian options. Dinner also organised as self service with additional orders for drinks/wine.... All sorts of options for tasty food was suite to everyone from us. Ski and Snowboard rental and service, lockers for your own equipment in ski room - all on very high level. We only regret we have not had a chance to try their wellness area, the weather was great all the week, so we spend our days on slopes around. Oh, BTW, Taverna and bar for the evening and kids/teenager room entertainment were also awesome. I will definitely come back again next season.

Really nothing. Maybe the door to balcony in our room was difficult to open and to close - absolutely nothing important.

The hotel is a bit older, and it looks a bit used. It consists of several interconnected parts and it can take time to get from the room to the restaurant, ski depot or parking place. Temperature in the rooms was really high, it looks like they are not saving the cost on that. There were no glasses in the rooms.

Pillows too hard……. but that is my view about most hotels and will remain so until duck down pillows become standard. Sorry but I do like my soft pillows :-)))

Bad acomodation

The food was tasty, not very various dishes, but it was good.

It cannot be called a 4☆ hotel, maximum 2☆. The hotel is very old, old furniture, dark smell and plastic linen. I paid 540eur/night, and out of 8 nights only 2 evenings I had hot water. The reception staff looks through you when you report a problem. The distance from the restaurant to the room is very long, like a labyrinth with 2 elevators and many stairs...😬 Wifi did not work in the room at all, only in the main lobby. The alleys in the hotel yard are not cleaned by ice/snow, being a danger for children. The ski room is in a garage, where you bump your head into ducts. I do not recommend the hotel, they are low quality services.👎👎👎

Room is so old, without card, with metal key, it's even not showed in booking pictures, we were shocked. We asked to change our room, but they said they don't have free rooms, but they had, because all hotel almost emty. heating in the room was awfull, about 28 degree, we were sleeping with open window and couldn't turn off the heating. My face skin was like paper of that dry air. Bedding was so sintetic, that you can even see lights. Breakfast was the worst I have ever tried, breakfast egg was cooked two days ago, all food were cold.

nice stay - easy to go the center by bus

Breakfast was great, a huge choice of different possibilities to eat each day something new. Very helpful people from housekeeping who were off at that moment, but they helped us to bring everything to the room.

the way to the room was not so easy, with dog and baby and the bags, two different elevators and staircases before we could enter the room. - old buildings :).

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was very good. Especially breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. The position was very convenient. Great parking with almost direct access to the rooms. The hotel is not new but has a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of your Hotel, we have been given a room on the 4th floor last wing and to get to it we need to take a ramp, a lift, steps and another lift and another flight of stairs! A totally labyrinth hotel and nothing matches the quality offered on Booking.com we got lost almost every time we searched for our room, the night receptionist was extremely rude to us. We then request a room close to the reception, but night receptionist ignored us pretending he did not know how to speak in English. We then realized this hotel had been 3 hotels connected into one! I am still in shock and can’t understand how the authorities allow for this Hotel to be in operational, definitely NOT a 4 star accommodation.

Food was okay, but still overpriced. We had breakfast and dinner included, but needed additionally to pay for water and other drinks during dinner. The staff was nice, but not so knowledgeable about ski and hiking areas in Livigno.

The price was too high for what we got. The hotel is older, the rooms were overheated during night, and the air was too dry, so we had trouble sleeping. Also, in the evening, sometimes, there was no hot water, so we ended up taking cold showers after skiing. We didn't have access to the pool and sauna, apparently due to Corona, although we heard that other hotels have it. There were only Italian channels on TV. For a four star hotel, we are expecting much more.

We were not able to use the pool as the hotel explained there are government restrictions, but the hotel next to Intermonti the pool was open. The hotel's very expensive and does not create a value for money.

The breakfast was good with good assortment of dishes. Fresh fruit was a good addition making the breakfast more fresh.

The juice was horrible and way to sweet. Some fresh orange juice would have been very nice.
