The hotel was lovely and in a great location, close to beach and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Our room had a large balcony, perfect for sitting out having a glass of wine or coffee. A nearby wine shop sells local wine for 3 euros a bottle, which was delicious!
The breakfast could be improved, but adequate for what we needed.

Very nice property. Great location. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was really good.
It didn’t have a proper shower. There was a shower hose right next to the toilet.

We loved our stay of a few nights here. It’s a traditional family run hotel in a lovely old mansion, with really kind and friendly staff. We loved the calm atmosphere and having the beautiful garden to have breakfast, drinks and dinner in. The rooms are simple, comfortable and spotless - as is the hotel and grounds. Dinner was delicious traditional Italian food- the best we had during our stay infact - and wines were lovely too. Complimentary bikes were a nice touch for a spin to Forte Dei Marmi market. A great break all round.
Liked it all.

Loved the experience - the staff was super friendly and very helpful, breakfast was outstanding, the garden is beautiful and location very convenient.
The room was absolutely okay, only did not quite catch the atmosphere of the rest of the hotel - still very happy with cleanliness and comfort though.

A beautiful place near the beach, with a climate and a wonderful garden, where a good breakfast is served. Really nice service!

This hotel is near Via Reggio on the Mediterranean coast. It is the most amazing place to stay. The villa was the residence of an Italian artist called Galileo Chini and some of his works were on display. The room, the service, the staff and the food were all amazing. We ate the extensive breakfast outside int he beautiful garden. The hotel is a short walk to the beach.
Everything was wonderful. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely hotel managed by a family. They are very welcoming and always happy to help. We had a fantastic stay including dinner one of the nights.
Breakfast and dinner outside in the garden was a great experience.
They have Events to show art from local artists and help to promote them, which we found it exceptional
The furniture of the room was very basic, in contrast with some of the pictures of other rooms. We were a bit sad about it but we did not push for another room nor diminished our experience.

The staff were wonderful and the lady who checked us in was super helpful. The building is beautiful and a little oasis of calm that is back a few streets from the main beach. The breakfast was delicious too. They recommended a gorgeous seafood restaurant nearby and by mentioning the hotel we got a discount - the food there was stunning.
The only thing is that we thought from the listing that the hotel had a pool (due to the photos in the listing) and it was only when we read it a bit more closely a few days before arriving that we realised it was part of one of the beach clubs nearby that the hotel has an agreement with (to get a discount).

The building is really nice.
The dinner served at the hotel amazing.
Everyone very friendly.
Very clean place.
Not far from the see.
The parking space very limited and difficult to park as it was very narrow everywhere.
Unfortunately I couldn't use the air condition as it was very smelly.
The internet in the room didn't work, we had to go outside.
The breakfast somehow limited and every day the same.

Wonderfully polite and nice staff, lovely breakfast food and area in outside garden, quite from cars and beach life, but very close walking distance (less then 10 min) to beach, main walking area with shops and restaurants, very well working air conditioning.
relatively old building with thin walls which means you man hear water/ plumbing throughout periodically.

Very nice garden, good location, nice stuff at the restaurant and good breakfast.
We were proposed worse room, that was not even on photos, small room, which was not comfortable as expected. Beach is not that close, and discount from hotel is not big, you can talk and get same discount without hotel.
At least in the end of stay hotel staff proposed free parking and all things that we got on bar free of charge, this was good from their side.

Great attitude, family style! We absolutely loved it! Close to the sea.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable.
It has a very nice secluded garden where you can sit and where the small breakfast buffet is served.
It’s not far from the beach (10 minute stroll).
It had free parking on site.
We expected a hotel with swimming pool and with a (private) beach, which is what “beach front” at booking.com means. We had neither.
The beach and pool (on the beach) needed payment, an umbrella extra payment.
It’s old, which is charming and quaint, but it needs maintenance. The room is very small. The bed too short, we’re 1.77m. We specifically mailed about having one big bed instead of 2 separate mattresses pushed together, we got confirmation that it was possible, but it still was 2 separate beds. Comfort is important to us, we were missing that. We’re vegan and there weren’t much options at breakfast for us (no veggies or fruits or nuts or vegan yoghurt, only 1 mixed fruits salad).
There was no minibar or fridge where we normally would put our own vegan yoghurts, cheeses, veggies, etc.
It would’ve been nice to get some information upon checking in, like wifi passwords etc.

Hotel ♣ pini the artist Galileo Chini's villa
from 1914 still embodies the nostalgic
fragrance.
The young musician friends who manage the
house is fun loving. Thank you.

Consigliatissimo!
Location stupenda e davvero comoda, a 10 minuti dal mare. Camere spaziose, pulite e ben attrezzate.
Personale solare, accogliente e disponibile.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
