Fabulous stay

Lovely modern bungalow. With AC. Such a bonus. Our view would have benefited from the trees being cut so we could see the lake. Lots of small convenient items to get us started... toilet roll, washing up liquid Really comfy new beds. I slept so well.

Pool area is good but lots of broken tiles in the pool. Having to pay for bed linen WiFi could be better.

Parco del Garda has stunning views and a great pool

We recently stayed at Parco del Garda and it was an amazing experience. It’s a perfect place for a family holiday, with breathtaking views of Lago di Garda and a fantastic swimming pool. Everything about the location is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

The only downside was that there’s no air conditioning or ceiling fan in the house, so it was quite hot at night and a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Quaint, dreamy and beautiful!

We loved the little house in the middle of the olive grove with mountains in the back and fantastic views of the lake. It took us 5 minutes to get to the beach and 2 more to the city center. We enjoyed wonderful cappuccinos at the restaurant every morning and had a good laugh with the friendly lady at the supermarket. The pools and sunlounging are were very spacious. Our house was newly renovated and very comfortable again with fantastic views. Felt like in an Italian movie…

I had to work and would have preferred to have better WiFi in the house. I had to work in the reception area which was fine. They serve cold drinks all day long which makes it easier.

Will come back, good food, amazing Lake water, close to the promenade

The Lake is amazing and the resort in the middle of an olive plantation was fantastic. Everything was to expectation at the hotel - solid satisfaction.

Wifi was only at the lobby/reception - quite poor signal even at the reception. There is a bit of walk to the Beach, which is shame with other hotels having private direct stairs to the Lake

I would come again there.

The location offers direct excellent view from above to Garde lake. Around the Villas there many trees, most of them Olive trees which added additional exotic and beauty for us. Nice quite area with fire place next to the house. Reception, Pizza restaurant and swimming pool are available. For the price, we are more than satisfied from the place and would visit it again.

GPS is frustrated from the address given for the hotel and was difficult to find it. It was pointing to another set of private houses from the main road. The sign for the hotel is old not illumiated and difficult to see through the day and impossible at night especially when you come for first time. Add on your website some better map where people to see how to reach your park. Maybe would be good idea to add some more stuff in the kitchen for grilling for example and simple coffee machine- or give some more hints of what is available in advance.

accommodation was very clean, and comfortable.

There was no AC or fans in the apartment, the grounds were very badly kept. The path way to the apartments were very uneven and dangerous. Very poor lighting on the pathways. There could be more signs to locate the apartments. A shuttle would be a excellent service to add. Phone in the apartment did not work and it was reported on our arrival but was not fixed, this meant no communication with the reception.

The place is old and falling apart, bad electrics, uneven and dangerous patio outside reception, rotten and dangerous ceiling in the outside dinning area. Fire escape ramps rotten with holes all the way through, our balcony was very rotten and dangerous.

we had a new villa which was beautiful, clean and spacious. the staff were extremely kind and helpful, nothing too much trouble. the on site pizzeria was excellent

some of the older parts of the property were pretty scary like the uneven path outside reception and the kids play ground

Very nice, modern and well equipped appartment, fine outdoor area with a good view to the Lake Garda and with two nice pools and the staff were friendly and serviceminded.

The only complaint I have is the wifi, that did not work very well and that it was not accesible in the appartment but only in the common areas

Premium Apartment

We had a premium apartment which was brand new and - thankfully- with AC. The large pool area was great fun, especially for the kids, the view splendid snd plenty of shady spots under the olive trees. We also loved the setting of the property on a hill above Garda. Short (but steep) walk to the beach on the lake! The food at La Loda was yummy and the restaurant boasts a nice view over the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Anything but the newly built apartment complex at the bottom of the hotel is very dated. The property needs some serious TLC, starting with the paths, and all the facilities. The playground for kids is scary, I think it dates back to the 60s :) The pingpong tables are so rugged and lack a proper net. All in all, I can’t fathom why they don’t invest a few thousand Euros in those brings, it would make a huge difference.

Very good

Fine entry with helpfull lady at the desk. Bungalow (5p) is basic but very much ok. Million dollar view from the bungalow overlooking an olive tree park and garda lake. Shop basic for bread etc. Swimming pool excellent with comfortable chairs and nice pool-restaurant. WIFI poor in bungalow, and a basic coffeemachine and watercooker would improve quality of stay. Overall experience: we are a demanding family regarding facilities and quality of accomodation and… we had a great time!

Coffeemachine and watercooker could be an add to inventory of bungalow. A ‘Van’ for cooling in a hot summer is also needed. A little more attention to the quality of the pathways in the bungalowparc and It would make this holidayparc really a ‘hot’ destination !

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Great views in the area.

We spent 2 days without water. Not only hot water, no water at all. Although it says it has Wi-Fi, we could not connect to it anywhere. Make sure you bring bed sheets and towels because otherwise you will be forced to pay a 10 euro fee. Furthermore, the sheets that they gave us had big holes in them... On our second night, we found a tiny SCORPION in the house and we couldn't rest the whole night (let alone the absence of water to clean ourselves). However, the only positive thing about this place is the location. The whole region is extremely beautiful and lively. Unfortunately, the lack of basic facilities made the experience not pleasant at all... NOT WORTH THE MONEY.......

Excellent location and atmosphere, reasonable price

The location is excellent, short walk to the town. The bungalow was clean and the terrace very lovely. The bungalow was private enough to spend time and had good firm beds to rest. The surroundings with olive trees were amazing! The staff replied fast to all questions before and during our trip and arranged everything we wished. The price was very reasonable, I gladly recommend this to anyone who visits Garda with a group of friends or family!

There is almost nothing to be made better, only little things. The Wifi or data roaming didn't work so good, maybe because of the mountains or something. Also the bungalow didn't have an air conditioning system, so if you stay there for very warm seasons it might get hot and unfresh inside the bungalow very soon. There was no oven, so prepare to cook by the stove or microwave.

We enjoyed again

It was our trird time in Parco Del Garda, but this time we tried new apartments and it was really brand new. Much better than the old ones. Even sofa was very confortable to sleep on. Everything what was needed (wine glasses😊). The location is perfect for us, calm and close to Garda town (15 mins walk partly along rushy road). Swimming pool is great for kids and adults as well😊

In new apartments we missed kettle, table and chairs on balcony (you can take dining table from kitchen), clothes drier and hooks in the bathroom, but those are just details😊
