Dependable hotel. I have been staying there since I first visited Muscat in 2015. Great location, simple check in, good parking, great room and exceptional value for money. good breakfast. Finally staff are friendly and no drama types. All good.

The front office team is quite supportive and interactive. Very helpful too.
Efficient Check-in experience
Stay was disappointing due to several housekeeping and maintenance issues.
The staff did not seem properly trained. When a housekeeping attendant came to our room, I asked him to refill the bathroom amenities, but he did not understand the request in English. He appeared to speak only Hindi, which made communication difficult.
The bathroom toiletries were completely empty and had not been refilled. The shower faucet was leaking, and the sink was damaged and faded.
The bed had not been cleaned properly, and I found a lot of hair on it.
Additionally, amenities such as dental kits were provided for only one person, even though we had checked in as two guests.
