The overall experience e was very good. Although not new the hotel is well maintained. Enjoyed the swimming pool, the attentive service and breakfast. Having a parking in the mall garage was a plus since we were driving. Regarding breakfast, overall it was good we wished we did not have to pay extra for our daughter to eat there since she did not eat a lot. The quality and the variety was good at breakfast (and although tit would be unfair to compare to other Shangri-la property) I experienced a much better breakfast at Shangri-la Kowloon in Hong Kong last fall. Do not take me wrong, the service and breakfast is very good much above average but I am just being candid about what I have experienced in another Shangri-la property.

The most expensive stay in the four cities we visited and the least comfortable.
Quite outdated, old carpet, dirty windows, concierge not speaking or understanding English. The only hotel without coffee maker, especially for the price we paid.
