Great location and beach structure. Beautiful hotel!

Having to rent the pool and beach chairs for a very high price. A hotel at this level and price should offer all chairs as complementary service.

It was beautiful, airy and clean. It was nice to be greeted with champagne and a macaroon. It was also nice to book a chair and umbrella by the pool/beach. Jennielyn, housekeeping service made our stay very pleasant.

It was difficult to contact the front desk by telephone. I wasn’t aware the balcony was partial (standing room only).

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, Ruinas del Mae Restaurant, super nice!

The beach is too crowded and with motorboats and such.

Smooth check in Buffet breakfast was good At the bar at night, the bartenders were very nice ( not so much can be said for the waiters ) they were grumpy.

When I was planning a trip to Aruba, I never thought for one minute that somebody would be blocking my view at the beach after I paid $60 for our two chairs and an umbrella tier one. I had absolutely no view of the water additionally, when I look at the water, I don’t like to see boats. There were so many docked boats. It was not what I was picturing at all. There was absolutely no bar service at the beach not once. Did anybody come around and ask us for a drink order? Zero service at the beach . At the pool In 3 hours - we were asked once . There was only one person on duty ? In the main pool There was a piece of toilet paper floating, and a paper cup. We decided not to sit at the adult pool because it was so shaded most of the day.no sun & cold Pool - there was nothing going on just a very loud annoying bingo game. I also don’t understand why there is no balcony where you can sit attached to any of the rooms.?????? that should be a given in in the Caribbean. It’s so called balcony had barely any room to stand. It was ridiculous.
