Close to the motorway, free parking and good breakfast

- Proximity to the motorway - Pets allowed - Parking included - Breakfast was not super rich, but still very enjoyable. We found everything we needed. - Amazing Asian buffet literally 1 minute by foot from the hotel.

The hotel does not have its own reception, you need to check in and out in another hotel opposite the Greet Hotel. The front parking is closed too. This should be said in the initial communication. Our room was super small, but ok for a one-night stay.

Below Basic, and a disregard for handicapped guests

The greet Hotel Montbeliard is NOT a hotel, and should NOT be listed as such by Booking.com. It is an unacceptably low grade annex to the adjacent Ibis hotel. It does NOT, as is claimed on Booking.com, have a restaurant – restaurant facilities are in the adjacent Ibis hotel, and cannot easily be accessed by clients with mobility problems (see below). The room itself was well below Basic, having a worktop that was a tiny triangular shelf in the corner of the room, which was much too small to hold a computer. There is no receptionist in the greet Hotel – it is necessary to telephone the receptionist in the adjacent Ibis Hotel, and to go across to that hotel to obtain the room key. I have mobility problems, so I was unable to access the main entrance to the Ibis hotel as there are a number of steps to it. I used the ramp provided, only to find that it led to a locked fire exit that was inaccessible from outside. Fortunately, a hotel guest saw me waiting outside and opened the door for me. I asked the receptionist to ensure that the fire exit door would be left open for me to access the restaurant that evening. When I arrived at the fire exit that evening, I found it locked. There was no way for me to draw the attention of the hotel staff, so I was forced to hammer on the glass door with my walking stick. The hotel manager came to the fire exit and began berating me for hammering on the glass. I told him, in no uncertain terms, that I had asked for the exit to be left unlocked, and that the fault lay with his staff. He was suitably chastened, and avoided my eye for the rest of the evening. The hotel management showed a complete disregard for handicapped guests – all that is required is for a bell-push to be mounted next to the fire exit, so that the receptionist could open it. A further criticism is that the greet Hotel car park is locked in the afternoon, and clients are forced to use the Ibis hotel car park, which is very inconvenient for handicapped guests

Good place for 1-2 nights

We booked the 23m2 room, it was OK for the 2 of us. The bed is comfy, shower works well, toilet and bathroom are separated. Check-in is easy, at Ibis next door. More than enough parking spaces. Breakfast is fair, we missed vegetables. Wifi worked well.

Good value for money

Bed was comfy, room clean, bathroom clean.

We arrived 11:08 PM but the Greet hotel staff was already out. Before that we received a message that receptionist will leave 23:00-23:15 and we have to go to check in to the next hotel called Ibis. Staff in Ibis do not speak well english, but gave us our room key. In the room water a bit smells chloric. Too little pillows. Very narrow room, very little space. With big luggage would be a problem.

Breakfast. There isn't enough choice. No cereals or pastries on offer. Just one bottle of orange juice that wasn't refilled when empty. The coffee machine makes very weak coffee. Complaints I saw being made about this made no difference. I dont think the staff know how to fix it. Worst of all is, if you want hot food, you have to cook your own breakfast. One small hotplate for everyone to cook the provided meat and eggs. It was very slow to cook too. Turn the heat up and the smoke sets off the fire alarm. Crazy!

Very nice and helpful staff. We could store our bicycle in a locked garage. Room was clean. The hotel is newly renovated, but the renovation is not completed.

The room was extremely small. No space to store our luggage. The breakfast was a bit reduced. Ok so far, but the bread was old and dry!

Nie wieder!

Preis war günstig- aber Vorsicht: mir wurde der Betrag 2 x in Rechnung gestellt und bisher keine Reaktion, Gutschrift der Unterkunft obwohl über booking.com alle Nachweise, Belege eingereicht wurden! Check inn lief über das benachbarte Ibis und Mitarbeiterin war anscheinend überfordert.

Bisher habe ich 2 x für die Übernachtung bezahlt! Hilfe über booking.com außer Weiterleitung nicht wirklich vorhanden!!!

Beaucoup d'erreurs monumentales. Un manque de professionnalisme.

Hôtel qui aurait pu être intéressant si nous n'y avions pas rencontré des gros problèmes de gestion de la part de la direction. La direction a quand même fait un effort pour corriger tous les incidents qui se sont multipliés.

On avait été prévenu par mail que l'hôtel recevait le Tour d'Alsace cycliste, mail qui nous indiquait que l'on pouvait se garer à l'hôtel juste derrière. Par précaution, j'ai téléphoné et j'ai finalement appris que la direction ne savait pas le nombre de véhicules attendus et me propose de se garer au restaurant en face. Heureusement, à l'arrivée nous avons quand même trouvé une place parmi les camions et camionnettes. A minuit, heure de notre arrivée, pas de lumière dans le hall de réception, ni de réceptionniste. En téléphonant à la réception, on s'est aperçu qu'il fallait se rendre à l'hôtel juste derrière mais le réceptionniste nous a indiqué la mauvaise porte (il y en avait 4). Enfin en arrivant à la réception après 15 minutes de tâtonnement, on a été accueilli par "vous devez payer pour le chien et la taxe de séjour". Nous avions demandé de faire ce règlement le lendemain matin : refus total. Après 15 minutes de discussion, on a pu régler uniquement la taxe de séjour. Distribution des cartes des 2 chambres et au moment de rentrer à l'intérieur, je m'aperçois qu'une des 2 chambres accordées n'était pas faite (il est déjà 0H45). Echange de chambre à la réception. Le lendemain matin croissants rassis pas de la veille mais au moins de l'avant veille. Nous nous sommes pas plaint mais n'en n'avons pensé pas moins. Nous avons expliqué nos déboires à l'adjoint du directeur présent sur les lieux mais il n'en a eu que faire. Nous avons ensuite rencontré le directeur, qui lui a enfin consenti à régler le problème.

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel gut gelegen - nah an der Autobahn, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, aber fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants und Geschäfte - das Highlight: Fromagerie und Chocolaterie um die Ecke!

Klimaanlage war recht laut. Badezimmer könnte besser geputzt sein.

Muy sencillo todo. El checkin era en otro hotel. Comparte instalaciones con el ibis budget. Este te lo venden como más premium pagas más y es lo mismo. Te saca del paso como hotel para hacer noche pero no esperes nada.
