I liked the room area, its comfortably spacious, it has a big desk suitable for studying or working from the hotel, It has a chair and a small couch area too other than the bed, the AC was also running in efficient power
The closet doesnt have enough space or shelves, the safe did not work, the AC isn't easy to control because the screen was damaged it didn't show all numbers, its either you turn it on and it would be super cold or turn it off and it becomes super hot because there are no windows for alternative ventillation, the bathroom was good but the shower doors are tilted a bit, the don't fully close

Absolutely amazing the AC system the clean and service reception they all of them gorgeous amazing good Customer Service
Everything great a part of the bartender they not always around the bar if you ask for a cup of tea or anything or a coffee you need to wait at least 20 minutes

I’ve been a returning guest since 2022
Coz I am working in Jordan since 2018 and every time I will travel internationally I will stay in ibis,
The place is very accessible near to mall and coffee shop
The tv is not working, too cold the ac so I off
I request for slipper and toothbrush upon checking in, when I arrived .. nothing..
