The restaurant/bar was very nice and had a lovely sunset view. Tasty and creative drinks, and main areas were decorated for the season (pumpkins, fall drinks menu).
Some of the staff weren't the friendliest, and it did feel a bit like we were putting them out by staying there.
Our room's shower was see-through and in the main room (not behind a door or in a separate bathroom), so not ideal if traveling with family.
The main area was much nicer than the room itself.

The eggs at the breakfast were amazing!
Nice play area for kids and adults - however the area is exposed to the sun therefore the only good time to go there is the evening.
Some staff were very friendly: we enjoyed the owner company with his jokes, the cheerful wine waiter and Alice who replied to all our queries.
The room did not seem to have been well cleaned every day.
We did not get any shower gel at our arrival and once they missed to provide toilet paper.
The towels were not in good shape.
We are expected a better service for a 4* hotel.
