Room was comfortable, pools were nice, the entire vibe was relaxing and holiday inducing
Staff were highly ineffective and could not deal with issues. My friend’s car was hit in their car park and after2 days they still could not produce footage from 2 cameras they clearly had in the area. It completely spoiled the last 2 days of our vacation and whilst it was not the hotel’s fault for the incident, they showed a complete lack of care or support which is unforgivable.

The setting, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere.
The food was largely disappointing and overpriced, especially the breakfasts. The hotel overlooks a beach but bathing is not possible because there are too many rocks underfoot.

Location and sea water swimming pool was lovely . Dinner was tasty and well presented. Bar tender was friendly and made good cocktails.
Dinner service was not at all attentive. Various , random people delivered food and drinks and took food orders . It felt a little chaotic.This could be refined and would improve the vibe in the restaurant. .

Very clean, plenty of on site parking (free) and helpful friendly reception staff
Chaotic self serve breakfast, especially when all rooms occupied. Multiple changes in breakfast staff with some being unhelpful and giving incorrect information when some foods ran out
