Ellen was excellent, as ere the other staff members. One point of note, a set of nice crockery in the rooms would be an added bonus, as would a welcome decanter which was their calling card for new guests some while ago. A nice added value luxury differentiating LLangoed Hall Hotel from the rest. Just a tip.
Coffee and tea was an added extra for breakfast. It would have been nice to have had that included.

No fridge in the room and no fan in the bathroom

The property is beautiful, but aged.
Our room was hot and stuffy, should have been opened up due to the hot weather. The small fan did not put out enough air to move a feather. Even with all the windows open the zoom was hotter than the halls leading to it.
