Hilton Osaka Hotel

Location great and a really lovely hotel. Lobby welcoming and staff could not have been more helpful - check in was a breeze! Bedroom area nicely presented and good space. Lovely toiletries.

Bathroom a bit outdated. We were going to use the pool but it wasn’t very inviting - very old and has a liner which doesn’t seem to fit.

The staff at the hotel are simply outstanding. They even wheeled our luggage to the bus stop to us and waved us off to the airport. Simply faultless customer service which goes over and above The Executive Lounge is certainly worth the upgrade. An excellent choice of drinks and snacks throughout the day, including champagne on tap. The rooms are clean and spacious by Japan standards with a full size bath and great shower. Breakfast was fabulous with a great range of European and Japanese options. The location is excellent and within a few moments of the station. There’s a positive labyrinth of shops directly below the hotel with multiple entrances to the subway and station. A welcome break from the heat. The view from our room (33rd floor) was absolutely fabulous as was the food in the restaurants.

Hard to find any fault as it’s a stunning hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the smoking room. For a hotel of its size, it was tiny, very crowded at times and poorly ventilated. Not a problem for non/smokers and given how busy it was - it had the positive effect of limiting our usage!
