Breakfast was deluxe.

I tried to purchase one of the beautiful kimonos which awaited us in our lovely room couple boy to be told that it wouldn’t be possible.
Most hotels do offer this as a possibility .
It would have been such a wonderful souvenir of our most memorable stay in Osaka and so wish I had been able to purchase one.

Good spread at breakfast. Very responsive service by staff. Location is superb. Gym is reasonable especially with bath and sauna facilities.
As I paid extra for the Executive Lounge, I expected more. It was a big disappointment that the lounge during the evening hours was more crowded than expected. But I can accept that it is popular among guests. What I didn't appreciate was having to stand and wait for an empty seat to open up. It's not becoming for a world-class hotel to have their premium customers having to queue up standing up.
