Big rooms, clean and staff were amazing. Included breakfast was great and the chef was approachable and loved to have a good chat in the morning. All staff were great. Parking was easy and accessible on site with a lift straight back up into the rooms.
We were informed the day before via letter left by housekeeping staff that there would be no water in the hotel from 9:30am - 4pm. Yes there were public toilets available but being told this when booking would have been better as we were working from the hotel most of the stay so could have made other arrangements.

Location was good and handy
The breakfast facility was poor. We cleaned our own table both days. We had difficulty getting everything needed for breakfast (cutlery, plates, tables cleared etc). food was not topped up and stuff had run out. It was a poor experience and resulted in is going elsewhere. We ordered a roll out bed which we had to re ask for late in the evening hen getting home.
