Location. Staff.
This is not a 5 star resort in that the villa is on need of maintenance, especially the walls and doors. They need painting. Very bad wear and tear.

Dinner was prepared for me even though the kitchen was about to close. I also enjoyed the breakfast, looking out at the magnificent mountains.
No electric blanket on the bed was disappointing.

The rooms are lovely and clean.
Pay more attention to detail.
There was one chair on the balcony?
Not great kitchen cookware.
Oven trays missing so cooking is not easy.
Very few coffee pods.
UHT milk, not good at all.
I paid over $500 for 3 people, you can do better.
