Was central and clean and staff were nice and helpful
Spa hadn’t been used or cleaned for sometime when jets were run there was dirt coming out the jets

Location and view from apartment was perfect. Comfortable warm beds, heating and hot water great. Reception staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Noted that the apartment had some wear and tear which had not been attended to and diminished the presentation of the apartment. Didn't like the housekeeper banging on door to remind us of check out time. In my travels in many places in the world that was something I have never experienced.

Room comfortable
Booked room with balcony- assuming we would be able to see the lake & enjoy the view. Only to find we looking at the back of other accommodation , no privacy at all with groups sitting outside drinking. Very disappointed
