Middagen var fantastisk lækker, og blev introduceret så fint så man kunne nyde smags nuancer og råvarer ekstra meget, sammen med afstemte vine. Langt over normalt hotel niveau
Med lidt danske krydderurter og lidt stegte tomater eller andet kreativt grønt til røræggen, måske hjemme lavet lidt grov ketchup, lidt bær eller frugt og gerne juice istedet for saftevand - det virkede ikke for os - sidst men ikke mindst - mere aroma i kaffen. Så ville man komme på samme niveau som aftensmaden🥰
