The breakfast was good especially after the weekend when it was less busy and eggs cooked to order were then offered , the room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out.The pool looked clean and inviting although we didn't end up using it. The concierge was extremely helpful and gave very good advice on exploring the city including transportation ( Hop on Hop off bus etc) The man running the Wulmo shop in the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly and even opened up to service us when we bumped into him setting up a stand in the lobby
The room was not what we had booked i.e a room with a pool view, the toilet flush broke and it took 2 reports to get it fixed. I discovered when I got my credit card statement that the booking had been charged in Chilean Pecos not in USD as on the booking.com resulting in me paying extra I told the receptionist about this and was informed that it would be looked into after the busy weekend I'm still waiting for a resolution

Decent location
The hotel was dirty. My room was dusty and there was a stain on the sheet. This was our second room. The first room we were given the toilet did not work
