Great kitchen in apartment

The hotel is great, our room was comfortable, spacious, quiet,, with a kitchen with all necessary things. Really has everything for comfortable stay. Bed is also comfortable. We found the parking lot in front of the hotel, the surroundings were quiet. The location is also great. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room was not crowded. There were fresh baguettes, several jams, butter, cheeses, boiled eggs, good coffee from the machine, fruit and other things. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The only thing that bothered us is that the apartment is connected to the next one, with a locked door in between. Unfortunately, they did not have baby cots available. Apartment looks more new in the pictures than it is in reality.

Business trip to Brest

Check in and check out are very quickly and apartment is well equipped. The supermarket is nearby.

The close cabinet is little bit dusty. Breakfast could be more rich and various and have some options for people with food intolerance.

For one night it was good.

Beds were comfortable. It was clean and rather quiet. At first kids on the next floor were crying bad but after they stopped and it was good.

Tv didn’t work The guy at reception didn’t give us usb-adapter, he only suggested to charge on reception what was not comfortable because it was almost midnight. But the girl in the morning gave us without any problem. We didn’t take breakfast. We ate our food. We drank only tea and coffee in the room. We we’re 3 persons and we found only 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffee packs in the room. Microwave was very old and was working with great noise.

Appart'hotel confortable.

La proximité de la station de tram, place de Strasbourg, qui permet d'aller partout. Le fait que l'on accepte mon check-in anticipé sans supplément. Des commerces de première nécessité à proximité immédiate.

Le petit déjeuner est succinct pour le tarif pratiqué.

La literie, la propreté. Les transports en commun proche de l'appartement ainsi qu'un magasin CRF Market. Le personnel de l'accueil très aimable et serviable. La possibilité d'acheter des capsules de café supplémentaire ( à l'arriver on n'en n'a 2).

Les fenêtres sont du doubles vitrages mais pas trop isolantes. Nous étions côté rue et on entend la circulation, heureusement pas trop de circulation. La chambre pour 2 est un peu petite. Mais assez pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

De bonnes conditions d'hébergement l'esprit tranquille.

Appartement aux dimensions correctes sauf le coin cuisine un peu trop étroit. Nombreux équipements pouvant même être complétés par certains prêts. Parking souterrain sécurisé disposant de larges places de stationnement. Personnel d'accueil très sympathique. Boulangerie/pâtisserie et supérette à deux minutes à pied, ainsi que l'arrêt du tramway.

Le quartier est l'un des moins attirants de Brest. On ne vient donc à l'Appart'City que pour y dormir !

Stanza spaziosa che ha garantito a tutti comodità e agio. Un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con un tavolo una cucinetta separata con anche la lavastoviglie. esiste un locale lavanderia con lavatrice a pagamento che però ha già tutto detersivo e ammorbidente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità anche di fare la colazione in loco a buffet. La cucina però ha un frigorifero e dei fornelli che ci rendono abbastanza autonomo. Dista circa 20 minuti dal centro. Reception H24 anche la notte con possibilità di arrivare quando vuoi! Un distributore di acqua pulita da bere!

Les villages et villes autour de Brest était très agréable

Certaine personnes a l’accueil sont super sympa ,les filles du petit déjeuner sont trop gentil,et aussi les personnes du ménage.

Les personnes qui sont à l’année sont trop bruiyant,les vacanciers de passage font trop de bruit tard le soir même un peu dans la nuit ( les enfants cours ,les chaises sont traîner pour les déplacer nous support ont le bruit mais pas après minuit ,les personnes ont tendance à claquer les portes.
