They didn't offer breakfast, it's self catering.
They don't offer coffee/tea supplies which is the most basic thing to get in BnB's, also considering the fact that it's winter now.

Breakfast was lovely. The hostess was kind and friendly
The ceiling was leaking, there was heavy rains that particular week. Unfortunately they couldn't get some one to look at the leak.

Great location, very clean, safe and quiet
The shower taps are malfunctional, water drips all day and night. which is annoying at night. The bathroom has NO door. No cutlery in the kitchen.
