Excellent room and facilities. Went to Sports Bar for some food and told that about 7 items were not available. Not good enough. Fruit selection at breakfast very poor. Menu selection not really to my tastes. WiFi kept dropping out in my room 209

It had the potential with a large amount of facilities (from which most were closed forever). While we didn’t play golf, it is probably a good part of the stay. But the grass is hay-colored so it’s for the actual golfers to judge.
There is no AC anywhere and the fans are tiny if you get any. Most of the staff also didn’t care or worse. Gym was closed both times I tried to enter because apparently the employee left home early. When I tried ordering eggs for breakfast, I was avoided till the kitchen closed when the staff started to gaslight me into thinking that I didn’t order anything. Also when I spoke with the receptionist to ask to change a room, she instead just triple-checked if I actually paid for 3 guests before saying no. She clearly prioritized guest experience.
