No steaks were available and one of the lagers was also out.

Beds ok but could be better

It's a great location when travelling to Scotland and the facilities are very clean & the reception staff are very friendly.

We booked ordered breakfast at reception on arrival but the restaurant staff and the breakfast buffet was poorly presented and we ordered fried eggs which arrived burnt twice and was inedible hence my poor score and the staff were pretty grumpy.

Was comfortable and spacious, although I didn't use it they did have a bar and buffet breakfast. I also noticed they had a gym.

The fact that when you book it they don't tell you that you also have to pay for car parking when you arrive and given as it is a service station all guest are probably in vehicles. My bed was clean but I noticed a lot of dust on surfaces, I used the fan because it was really hot in the night and when I picked it up I could see a thick layer of dust around where it had obviously been sat for quite sometime, I also noticed thick dust around the bedside lamps and on the bedside table. - of course it's a lot to do in short turn over time but regular wipe overs of surfaces would go a long way!
