Magnificent room with everything you could wish for. Dinner was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds. Love Love love this place. We will definitely be back.

The Staff. They were excellent. Friendly helpful couldn't do enough for guests. But under staffed which was very noticeable when functions were on.
The Staff were the best part of the hotel.
The grounds and building were impressive. Meals were very good, and plenty to eat.
The room was not always made up and cleaned. When this was pointed out staff on duty were very apologetic and did their best to sort it but given the price of the room it was not good enough. Paintwork was the worst for wear in a lot of places and stair carpets were thead bare. Seemed on occasions to be working on a shoestring budget.
