Lovely and clean, staff were lovely. Everything worked as it should in the room, bed was very comfy. The communal areas were really nice and the breakfast was fantastic. So much choice, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, full english, toast, tea coffee, juices and more.
The carpet in the room was badly stained, chair had a tear, view wasn't great. The communal areas were very warm, almost too warm.

Great location, easy stroll from the train station or free parking available. Short walk to all the event venues.
Friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was a great size and my request for a walk-in shower was granted. We were attending two events at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre 🎭 and this location was perfect. Excellent standard and reasonable price, especially with genius discounts.

The property is conveniently situated right next to the city centre, making it easy to reach on foot. Parking was available for an additional daily fee, which felt somewhat expensive given the room rate. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the meal we purchased was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
The room was not very clean, with burn marks on the carpet and mould around the window seals. There was noticeable condensation in the mornings, and the lamps were rusted and peeling. The kettle was also dirty, with grime and sticky residue on it. While the bed wasn’t especially comfortable, it was adequate for our two-night stay. Given the £110 per night rate, the room felt more like a hostel than a hotel. In contrast, the communal areas—such as the reception lounge and the restaurant/bar—were much better maintained and presented.
