Excellent service and great facilities!
The toilet light didn’t work but it’s not big issue. I reported it on my check out.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. Very clean room. Near the station.
The toilet was in a very small separate room away from the bath. lighting wasn't good. Expected a shower not a shower in a bath.

The breakfast and chef was brilliant.
Room really needs upgrade as it’s the worst Novotel room I have stayed at. Carpet was stained. Chair had like a burn. Bathroom sink was leaking and stench from that bathroom sink was unreal.
