Location ( just off motorway) friendly staff. Selection of food and drinks. Clean public areas. Very competitive price. Large area for charging electric vehicles.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel public areas were attractive and well presented. Ground floor room was well positioned for my needs and conveniently located for my small dog.
The room I was allocated was described as a standard double. In fact it was a very small room with at best a 3/4 size bed. Apparently that is what is deemed suitable for single occupancy. I felt very short changed. The room was not value for money.

Stayed here many times before but the standard definitely gone down hill
Poor breakfast selection as never replenished. When we went for breakfast on Sunday morning no bloomer breads and very very little left. Milk never said full fat/semi/skim just take it or leave it. 2 pastries left. Bins in bedroomed not emptied and plug in sink wasn’t put back
