Overall stay fantastic
Fantastic room, view, facilities & location Reception staff could not do enough for us, really welcoming, we also had a lovely meal with staff who gave a lovely welcome too.
We went into the bar before dinner, bar person not very welcoming, we got the impression he did not enjoy being their. it does not cost anything to use basic manners.

We hooped for a treat , but what a Disappointment ,
Staff are very helpful to accommodating, and helped us to move to sister hotel ,as We couldn’t continue our stay in this hotel duo to way too many issues with the room , near the hotel seasonal shut down.
We booked this stay as a special treat for our anniversary , seems the hotel still the same But in mush worse condition , much needed in TLC . My wife and I were shocked &very saddened to see the state this hotel is turned too. Room , bathroom vanity , carpets ,lift , all in a serious need of repair and maintenance , ( it was like meeting an old friend on its last leg). Hope it will be saved and get it back to what it use to be a great place indeed .

We had a lovely break, weather was good to us and we enjoyed our stay in the Haven Hotel
The overall booking was what we had hoped for, excellent room with sea view. good room service, evening dinner was a little restrictive for our choice but still pretty good, breakfast excellent. Bar facilities very comfortable.
