I like the fact that room are warm and the facilities the gym, sauna is good and the stream room was lovely.

Now where do I start oh yeah right here basin of The hotel is outdated so bad it like walking into into a 90s time capsule it is I need of updating

Exceptional city centre hotel

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, with possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. We didn't use the parking facilities as we travelled by train, but certainly will next time as the car park appeared very spacious and well laid out.

The only slight downside was the music from private parties going on till 1am on both nights. However there were ample notices warning people of this and apologising in advance, so it wasn't really a problem.

Lovely breakfast, convenient for Worcester City Centre.

The hotel is really very convenient for visiting the City Centre. Family friendly, lovely breakfast.

Parking was tricky on site. We paid for parking, but lost our space after nipping out for a meal on saturday evening. They charge for pre-booking a slot which was quite expensive. We came back on Saturday evening and were unable to park. Limited disabled parking so I would recommend you contact the hotel in advance if you have a disability to book a parking slot in the hotel. Be prepared to park off site and walk a short distance.

Curtains coming off the rails in room 226 and need a wash , room was hot, hairdryer lead to short to dry hair and shower gel dispenser was to high to reach in the bathroom

Our room was right at the front and the noise of cars and people partying kept us awake till gone 4am this must happen a lot as it said in the welcome pack if we need earplugs ask at reception When we let the water out of the sink black water was coming out of the bath tap so I didn’t use the shower I know the hotel is very old but I do think it needs to have a bit of money spent on it to make a bit up to date ie put shower screens in rather than curtains which get dirty very quick get rid of the dark carpets in the rooms and a lick of paint

There was someone else's hair (quite a lot of it) in my shower and when I pulled back the covers to get into bed the sheet looked like someone had already slept in it.

no bed side lamps- v strange!. so had to put main light on in room to get up in the night and couldn't read in bed. toilet didn't flush well. very difficult to turn the shower off, very stiff indeed.

Very comfortable stay right opposite train station so very convenient for my trip

Heated towel rail in bathroom very welcome. Good size tv in room. Full length wardrobe accommodate maxi dresses. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly.

Lacked toiletries in bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner, body cream, cotton buds and shower cap which I would expect from a good hotel. No mirror in lifts

Room was directly on street front so was extremely noisy all night from traffic , people shouting , late night clubbers shouting etc , the road sweeper first thing and the Tesco express delivery driver early morning bashing around .. terrible experience didn’t get any sleep

We didn't enjoy the stay

I liked the staff members that were working in the morning,from receptionists to cleaners who were all very helpful & welcoming.

I didn't like the welcome I got from receptionist in the evening,she (or He) was very accommodating & friendly with other customers... never asked or told me about breakfast times, Then when I went back in the late evening to ask for a late check out I got a response and was told to deal with it in the morning,which was something she could have just sorted herself ... Also the hotel is going through maintenance like the swimming pool & spa facilities which is what I'd paid for and couldn't use but got a message after I'd paid for the accommodation & could get no refund. I won't be staying there again as the hotel probably needs updating a little.

Beware the inflated parking reservation charge.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. The room had the facilities required.

Plug sockets were scarce. The room was very hot although a fan was provided. The parking charge description was ambiguous. Once booked and realising the charge for reserving a space, I immediately cancelled as I was travelling on a Sunday, however, the hotel never replied to my further email and I had to pay the full cost of £20 rather than the parking charge on £10.spaces were in abundance when I stayed. The swimming area was not open and wasn't expected to be but there was no reduction in price because of the known lack of services.
