From moment of arrival ALL staff friendly, courteous & very helpful. The room had a minor issue which was quickly sorted, leaving me time to enjoy the pool & spa area before evening meal. My room was towards the back, lovely & quiet. Great nights sleep & a wonderful breakfast. Second pot of coffee provided with no asking. Not rushed from seating area after service ended. Daniel & Sharon to be specifically congratulated.

Great little stay over Easter .. Spa nice .. busy but OK.. Rooms are a little dated but go with the whole ambience. Close proximity to attractions are positive and easy to get to..

The staff were great and can only work with what is supplied by the owners/Macdonald group.
Our dog friendly room had very stained carpets (room 17), and the bathroom nearly ripping out.
mould around the bath and didnt look very clean as the tiles were stained and grout very discloured
MacDonald Group need to evaluate rating or update accommodation
The spa was clean and well kept but didnt use the pool as over cowded and no loungers to relax
