Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They excelled at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Nothing I can complain about, generally a solid experience, decent room / facilities etc, but the staff should be commended for their world class hospitality.

The interior decoration and the view of the ocean from the room.
The running water was salty. And the room didn't have a kettle for tea/coffee.

The view from the room window was spectacular.
The roof terrace was great.
The room was very small, the toilet was old and smelly. The shower did not drain. The whole room needs a paint job and brightening up.
The immediate area outside the hotel was filthy.
