Wonderful view from Seaside room. Staff was amazing - very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities in the Medina. They also helped to book reservations during our stay.

Food in the restaurant was good but not great. Breakfast is fine, but might not recommend having lunch or dinner at the Riad.

Everything was exceptional! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Lubna, Karim, and Khadija from the housekeeping team for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. The room was spotless every day, beautifully organized, and very comfortable. We were also delighted by the wonderful birthday surprise they prepared for us, which made our celebration truly unforgettable. The location, the sea view, and the authentic atmosphere made our stay perfect. Thank you all for making us feel at home.

The view from the room window was spectacular. The roof terrace was great.

The room was very small, the toilet was old and smelly. The shower did not drain. The whole room needs a paint job and brightening up. The immediate area outside the hotel was filthy.
