On a beaucoup apprécié l’accueil. Le personnel etait très accueillant. Petit déjeuner en mode buffet est top. Très varié

L’emplacement avec le lagon devant l’hôtel et la proximité de saint gilles, le personnel souriant , le parc très bien entretenu.
La première chambre qui nous a été attribué car vraiment trop vieillotte , mais nous avons pu changer

Propreté, amabilité du personnel, de grands espaces et petit déjeuner.
Dommage que la piscine « chauffée » ne le soit pas Complètement en hiver c’est difficile surtout pour les enfants. Manque de structure de jeux pour enfants.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre la climatisation était pas en fonction et le matelas était un peu trop dur en conclusion mal dormi
