A la cart breakfast, laundry service and the club pool once the sun came out.

Afternoon high tea did not have enough savory. Too much focus on sweets.

A stunning property with lush grounds and a gorgeous beachfront setting. The atmosphere was relaxing and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The food across the resort was excellent too, with great variety and quality throughout our stay.

My main gripe was the pricing for the adults-only area, which felt like a significant upsell on top of an already premium room rate. For what you're paying overall, I'd expect a bit more value included as standard rather than gated behind extra fees.

We took advantage of the Watui Beach Club room with access to the adults only area. This was our honeymoon holiday and it was a great choice. There were so many benefits and perks to the Beach club access that made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. We took advantage of the daily cocktail hour with free cocktail and canapes from 5pm to 6pm every day. The staff were all so friendly and willing to help and the food was amazing at all of the restaurants and even the buffet. Didn't get to take advantage of the pool as it was wet most of the time, which was disappointing, but we still had a good time relaxing.

The beds were very hard which I don't enjoy personally so I didn't sleep very well, even though I had a great pillow. I was hoping to experience more local night entertainment. There was some live music at some of the restaurants on most nights and local Fijian singers and dancers at the buffet on Tuesday nights.

Buffet breakfast was variety available. Porters or Concierge were always very helpful and welcoming. I have to give thanks to your porter Mr Jim, he was the shortest man but with so much strength, he carried 2 heavy suitcases at once! Thank you Jim, plse dont do that again.lol

At breakfast, I had to always try and get a hold of at least one staff out the many walking around with only at that time, about 3 tables to serve. Was hard to get their attention to assist me. They were always talking amongst themselves. Reception - plse communicate to Customer what is happening. asked what was wrong and he said nothing...but said alot in Fijian to the other staff. We stood there for a while not knowing what is wrong with our room but they had alot to say in Fijian to each other. In the room bathroom, the people (outside walking around) can see from the mirror (in the bathroom and in the side of the door) who is in the toilet/shower and the room is on the 1st floor! Go look for yourselves. Sit on the toilet or go to the shower and see for yourselves. And I also didnt like that there is no JACK's. Plse bring Jacks back lol
