The bed is uncomfortable.
Very bad smell in the bathroom .
No iron in the room and you can’t order one to your room!! Coffee in the room with charge ??!! It does not suit 5 stars hotels .
We booked via booking a room for 4 . We received bed for adults , and a small opened sofa that match only one kid.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good nice indoor and outdoor pools, very nice private beach . SPA treatments were great
One of our rooms had a problem with the drainage from the shower and a bad sewage smell came out after showers, they tried to fix it but couldn’t, the other room was just above the bar and a lot of noise came up
The room was changed after the first night to an apartment witch was quite and nice.
