    After being told the ac would be fixed, it never was and fans weren’t provided. I had to buy my own. I would avoid.

    No air con, massive deal for us and wouldn’t have booked if we knew our room wouldn’t have it. They state every room has AC but doesn’t. Was told to contact agoda by one member off staff with zero help, other staff members keep promising the manager would speak to us but they’ve never in the building. Quite badly organised. I’m shocked to see good reviews about the food too because it’s terrible. Lovely food places close by though. Lovely little beach close by also.
