The pool area and pool bar is great, the sunshine is on the pool all day, the staff are great and very helpful, great breakfast selection.

It’s the best I’ve stayed at in Sao Luis but I’ve only stayed in 2 others, I always thought hotel Luzerios was the best because of the ratings , but I was so wrong . The pool here is perfect, large and clean. The pool bar is excellent and the staff are so helpful, the breakfast is also very good, much better than any other and being an Englishman I’m very fussy if I can’t get a Full English breakfast but I know that’s not possible in Sao Luis, Brazil.
My first impression when I arrived was that it needed a little renovation, I have to say the 2 men behind reception were very nice and polite and helpful but their shirts were very worn and looked like the laundry maid had put them in the wash with black socks as they had turned a dirty white colour, sorry just being honest

The property has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded lovely gardens. Very nice breakfast selection, and staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Location is good. Breakfast is quite ok.
Rooms are not 5-star level. Basic decoration, simple bathroom, no slippers and bathrobe, lighting similar to 2-star hotel. No luxury feeling at all.
