Although there are improvement areas, we would like to revisit

Front desk and staff were brilliant. They have tried their best to ease our stay. And sea view. You should see it with your eyes.

The rooms are showing the age. There is a need to renovate / paint rooms. The rooms also need fly-repellent :(

Can be preferred for accommodation

For the season we are in pool and sea was not usable. But it has big swimming pool. Breakfast was ok, standart hotel breakfast nothing much. Room was big enough with private balcony. Room was clean enough.

Breakfast should be much better.

Deplorable

The experience at the five-star hotel, Ramada Plaza by Windham Thraki, was deeply disturbing and disappointing, in a way that does not allow you to enjoy your vacation. The five-star hotel, Ramada Plaza by Windham Thraki, is like any other hotel of a dozen, with at most three stars.There are so many negative things about this hotel that I don't even know where to start. The hotel is old, everything is outdated and in many places downright non-functional. Scratched furniture, stained chairs, a phone that doesn't plug in, and you have to hold the cable with your hand if you want to call reception, the carpet in the hallway stained and discolored by time, a deplorable image, and which, most seriously, does not resemble in any way the experience promised by the photos on Booking. The differences between the promoted image and the reality on site are major. From the moment you arrive, you can get an idea of the level of the hotel, given that even the card readers at the entrance to the room don't work, they're so old. Finally I entered the room, and turned on the air conditioning, which of course didn't work. I opened the balcony door and was glad to think that at least there was a mosquito net. I pulled the net and surprise...it was torn about 30 cm.That's about the image of the hotel. Regarding the staff, the situation is even worse. At the pool bat the so called service is deplorable. The cleaning service in the room is understaffed and of poor quality. Overall, an absolutely deplorable experience, both in terms of cleanliness and the accommodation itself, as well as the services.

Noisy neighbours

It is a seaside hotel, that is my second time staying here. It is value of money. Staff is very helpfull as always, huge parking area.

It was so noisy this time. A lady over my room walked all night, the next room to my room talked on phone all night. So, i couldn't sleep well. Also, air condition not working at both rooms that i booked. :(

We prefer this hotel every time we visit Alexandroupoli.

The hotel is a few km away from Alexandroupoli city center. Other than that the location is excellent. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We could not make use of the open swimming pool due to cold weather, but enjoyed the spa.

Swimming pool for baby was very dirty. And also if you want to swim in the swimming pool you should have to wait 10.00 pm to swim. We visited this hotel for the pool but we did not swim because of the time and dirt.

It's for the third year in the row we came at this hotel. Excellent location, very clean, spacious rooms, v. good amenities in the room. Very convenient the 2 AC2 type charging stations for EV and plug-in hybrids.

Except the pool and paying spa, no other facilities. The restaurant staff is not customer oriented and many have no experience, they are seasonal. Cleaning the room every day at 3pm is really disturbing if the guests want to have a nap

Not good will not return.

Nothing much. Bed was comfortable thats about it. And size of the room was fine. Nice view of the sea. Bathroom very old. But size was ok.

We came for one night, as we are on the way to italy and needed to stop on the way. It was worse than i expected. The hotel is very old. Facilities are not nice. The beach area and pool area also not nice. Overall a very low quality hotel unfortunately. Just writing this so people dont have high expectations. I had nothing for breakfast this morning and left.

Excellent relaxation trip

We liked everything from the location on the seaside to the infinity pool, spa, restaurant and bar. We had a free room upgrade with sea view which was excellent. The only minor thing that could be said (but it's absolutely being picky) is that there is not very much variety in the breakfast options, but there are enough options for a couple of days, at least.

The hotel was so lind to upgrade our room for free so we went to an extra large room with a great view. Great Wifi, decent breakfast and excellent hospitality. Proximity by car to the city center is a plus.
