The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Located right near the Camino. Enjoyed the night, wish we had stayed longer.

Good location and easy to find. Covered car park with accessible lift. Spacious room.
Not a particularly warm welcome from receptionist on arrival. No kettle in the room. Bathroom door would not close. Door handle fell off. Tap was leaking. Backed onto a noisy housing estate.
