Amazing View and the Friendliest Staff

The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that i've ever experienced in a Hotel. The room was very comfortable with a spectacular view.

The bathroom was a little bit dated.

Friendly team and pleasant experience

Our stay at the hotel outside Kastoria was pleasant overall. The accommodation wasn’t something exceptional, but it was clean and comfortable enough for our visit. The staff truly stood out — everyone was helpful, polite, and always smiling, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with excellent service

Lovely Hotel, Great Staff but Some Issues

The hotel is superbly located overlooking the lake with private parking. The manager was most welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities and layout downstairs are very good. The breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, our room (?104/105) on the first floor was close to the source of some noise (perhaps heating system/boiler) which kept starting and stopping all night long, giving us little sleep. Also, the shower was very small, the curtain was difficult to arrange so that water did not spill out, and the shower handle bar was not attached securely. Not a pleasant experience. These 2 factors are the reason for the 8 score. We do hope that the hotel gives these issues attention.

Fine if you stay 1 night

We had ants in the bathroom, and felt the springs in the bed. The pillows were very lacking and did not support our heads. We were promised a Mountain View but instead we got a view on some sort of concrete courtyard. The breakfast was fine - nothing special. Parking on premises was good.

Worth of money spent

The room is comfortable, especially bed provides really good possibility to rest. Employees are very generous and ready to help. It's worth of money spent.

Leakage of water is the biggest problem there... There are wet spots on the ceiling, but in the toilet too.. If you are not so demanding as me, it will not bother you. O yes, a bathroom curtain touched me all the time during the shower... Don't know for others but it wasn't comfortable for me 🙂

It’s a little outside the city, but from balcony we had a good view to the lake. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Beds are comfortable. Good value for money.

It seems it was recently renovated and ball furniture was like new. The room was excellent for the price. Clean, with pleasant smell, and even though not spacious, it was comfy. There is free parking outside, there’s also a lift that takes tit to the upper floors. Definitely recommended for a hotel in this price range.

The toilet room was a bit tiny. If you don’t have a car, it’s a bit far from Kastoria for you.

Clean and large room. The breakfast was fine and filled up regularly. Parking at the hotel was available. We only stayed for 1 night.

Bathroom is a bit basic and small. The hotel is on the road leading to Kastoria (not in the centre of the city), but it's only a 4-minute drive.
