It was very spacious and modern. It was beautifully designed and kept so clean and well maintained. The layout is spectacular and it has amazing views. The amenities are so easy to use and so well maintained. The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, warm and welcoming.

Absolutely nothing. It was all perfect.

Friendly Staff and everything was perfect calm and relax, what I was looking for. Some time to regenerate.

Maybe food during dinner time can be variable. Selection of meats were very limited and almost the same..

The location peace & quiet.

We thought breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Buffet style dinner was very average 2/3* at best with alternative advertised Al a carte not open? Not being advised of this when booked. Very misleading description of what was available. Very small lunch menu offered, and never changed. Would not bring drinks food up to top terrace as bar etc up there did not open until the evening. Wine/drinks menu (lots of drinks on menu not available) Staff need training badly in restaurant need to engage stop chatting amongst themselves. Also saw one staff member numerous times step over a piece of food that was in the middle of the floor. Poor lack of awareness. Staff could also look a lot tidier in the hospitality areas (uniform?) Absolutely no concession offering a later check out even when offering to pay a fee to do so. 11am is too early in Crete with lots of late evening flights. Hotel Offered shower downstairs (extremely small) near pool area however no-one checking cleanliness/monitoring therefore other towels items from other guests left to sort before shower could be used. Dirty floor. When you are told upon leaving that the hotel is at full capacity then should the facilities not reflect that.
