Big private parking area.
Location - first beach line.
Spacious lobby.
Comfortable beds.
Electric kettle in the room.
Terrible smell from the drainage of the washstand.
Mold on the joints of the shower cabin.
Spots on the bedspread, presumably fat spots, but could be as well any (!) dried-up human liquid.
