    We stayed at the hotel for three days, which happened to fall during the school break, so the property was completely full. Overall, the reception staff were friendly, and the staff member at at the hotel ski's rental shop was very helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both good, with plenty of warm dishes and a wide variety of options. A special thanks to Daniel at the restaurant - he was exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. Please keep up the great work!

    We really enjoyed our stay. The place is convenient to the chairlift to take you down to the gondola when there us insufficient snow. (The chair doesn't run 10:30-15:30.) Food quality was good and the variety was very good. No complaints, really.

    The hotel did not meet expectations in terms of price/quality. During the stay, not all the advertised facilities were functional (for example: sauna and hot tube). Breakfast was good.
