The hotel was very clean especially the rooms which we really appreciated. Very convenient location in the center of Elche that made it easy to move around. Very well air-conditioned rooms which we appreciated considering the heat.
We stayed for over a week but nobody asked us if we needed anything during our stay! For example any help to navigate in the city. Elevators were not in the best condition (very shaky when stopping in each floor) which was uncomfortable. It would also be nice if parking was more affordable.

The Staff was superb. I Had to Cancel my reservation from Booking.com because it booked me with too many people, but the hotel was able to accommodate me. They ordered a Taxi when we needed one, they gave us a Map of how to get to the local tourist attractions, and how to navigate the city. They were wonderful.
The Breakfast could have been better. The Scrambled eggs were cold, & Muffins were dry.
