The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very clean, big towels and great shower.
Restaurant/cafe closed when e returned at 23h and wanted a drink.

Outside the main area but easily accessible by bus or a walk
We had a problem with young school children that were not supervised, so were very noisy and lots of banging, shouting, knocking of doors until 2 in the morning. The reception wouldn't pick up the phone, so I had to go down to them to ask for their intervention. They rang the rooms that were a problem, but nothing worked until I insisted they come to the rooms and make them quiet. 2 am was a bit much but reception didn't do anything until I showed them my upset this was. Surely they should have got intouch with the kids teachers who were looking after the kids. Very disappointed in the hotel regarding this matter

We couldn’t find it very easily as sat nav took us to wrong place.
It took ages to check in and check out despite having a booking ( not the checking out girls fault at all)
We couldn’t get any food until after 830 after travelling all day- there was no room service and we had to go and collect after they opened. Very inflexible and we didn’t want breakfast and couldn’t buy a coffee either as didn’t open till 9 am
