All as expected. Nothing special, normal four"ish" star hotel.
Except for the people, who are exceptional.

Room was good.
Slowest check-in ever. The receptionist typed all our details into his computer very very slowly with one finger typing taking 20 minutes to input it all. When we finally got to our room the key card didn't work! My wife went back to reception and there was no apology just a grunt and he gave her a new key card.
She returned to the room with the new card and that didn't work either. At thisstage I just wanted to cancel the booking and find another hotel. I returned to reception to find the same "couldn't give a damn" receptionist. I asked to speak to the manager as I wasn't happy with the long delay in checking in but the manager "was busy".
After yet another long delay delay the manager appeared and told me the slow check.in was due to new Spanish laws requiring them to record all the guest details. I said this was nonsense as we have stayed at numerous Spanish hotels and none have taken20 minutes to enter details.
We finally got into our room after they changed the door lock.
The manager offered us a free breakfast that we accepted.
The room was good but they need to seriously improve their check in process.
