The location and the breakfast.
I was upset and worried because I received a message from the hotel with a link for me to pay the hotel otherwise they would cancel my booking, when I had informed my card details through booking.com. I never had to go online and pay for the hotel as usually it’s debited my card on the day of my arrival.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially loved the pillows – I slept really well! All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Murcia and within easy walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants and the main sights. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would happily stay here again.

Great hotel, more like a 4 star rather than a 3. Location is good, rooms are comfortable, breakfast has a variety of hot and cold dishes. They even had a water machine in the foyer.
