The staff were brilliant - so helpful, natural and kind. Really good energy overall, all well mantained, very clean, etc. Fantastic location.
Soundproofing could be improved.

Location was nice
Breakfast was ok, coffee machines were often empty with huge lines of people waiting for mediocre coffee. Rooms were small and didn’t have basics. Had to put a deposit on everything, beach towels, irons etc. no fridge and the bed was so close to the bed you couldn’t open it

The pools were pleasant, the reception area nice. Met nice people.
I felt like we were an inconvenience being there. Staff did not explain anything. We got a shocking room, like they were trying to pass us off with it. Hotel was not full so this made no sense.
