Great location near the lake and ZOO.
Friendly staff.
Spotlessly clean.
Poor sound insulation.
Smoking is allowed throughout the property, and there is no designated smoking area. Because of this, people may smoke right next to you while you’re having breakfast or relaxing by the pool.
Breakfast was ok, but not very varied, it was the same every day. The pancakes were a bit disappointing, but the oatmeal and eggs were really good.

Elegant room and surroundings. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained furniture.
Only minor shortcomings. There was not much light from the lamps (no main lamp). I couldn't lean on the sofa, because the back was in the air.

Clean room with nice breakfast and games for the kids. Easy to travel on public transport to the centre as it is right by a tram stop. It is a great location for the waterpark which is just behind it and they give you a discount. We loved the waterpark and sauna. It also has a lovely park next to it, which i enjoyed walking in the snow.

The room did not have air conditioning, which was unexpected. I had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and the rooms had always been air-conditioned, so it did not occur to me that some rooms might not have it. As a result, sleeping during the hot June nights was not particularly comfortable.
The service was excellent. The staff were consistently polite, pleasant, friendly and accommodating, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and professional.
