The rooms were very clean and spacious. Lot of amenities, leisure activities available for entertainments. Very reasonable rates for a luxurious hotel.
We were told we could check in early, which was not possible when we reached the hotel. But there was availability of locker to store the bags till we roamed around.

Perfect hotel for kids ! Multiple gaming and sport zones, animators, kids rooms, kid ski lifts are also close.
Great location, close to hikes, few great restraints in a walking distances, 4 minutes to Krucze skały, a lot of trees.
Sport zones, pools, big tvs with football broadcasting in a restaurant.

Breakfast from 07:00-11:00 a lot of good staff
I had to pay for car parking by the Hotel an extra 10 GBP per 1 day.

The pool/spa was ok, indoor entertainment for kids was good. The hotel is clean.
Food was tasteless. Dinner buffet was poor quality and very limited choices, restaurant food quality was very average.
The walls carry the noises from upstairs (surroundings), it was very unpleasant to hear conversations / noise from other rooms.
