Clean and the beds were comfy and the cotton sheets and pillows were bliss
The toiletries were lovely too

Room not too big, but very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the 25th floor. Breakfast very good, many options to choose, and again - nice view from the restaurant. Really helpful staff, with customer service on a high level - after issues with our room we received some compensation without even asking.
The new system of room keys. We couldn't enter our room after breakfast, waiting 40 minutes to be fixed. There is no physical key, just cards, and even master card couldn't open the door. There was a technician on site, but without working master key he was not able to do anything. Luckily some other card worked, but installing a system relying in 100% on technology without any manual options of opening the door? Not wise.

Location is perfect
The hotel, its rooms and facilities need a bit of refurbishment. It is rather worn off with tired staff.
